Additional Info
Thick yellow flesh that can be baked, boiled or microwaves and then scooped out to produce spaghetti-like strands. Oblong fruits have smooth rinds tan to orange in color. Will store for three to six months. For best results, allow fruits to ripen until the vines begin to die back. Immature fruits do not store well.
