Requirements
Sow directly in garden after danger of frost. Sow seeds evenly and thinly, cover with 1/2" of fine soil. Keep evenly moist. Blooms in summer.
Seed Saving
Collect seeds as they develop on the plant, don't wait until it has stopped blooming. Harvest seed head after petals have dropped and the pod turns brown, but before it opens. Crush seed head between your fingers to release seeds.
Additional Info
Gold starburst blooms with red centers will flower early on delicate ferny foliage.
